Heart Of Invictus Advanced Showing
USO Colorado in Colorado Springs was excited to partner with Netflix on an advanced screening of the new Netflix series ‘Heart of Invictus’ that follows wounded service members who come together to heal through competitive sports. Guests were able to see the first 2 episodes before it was released to the public and everyone great things to say about the production. Army National Guard member and USO Volunteer, Taco (pictured below) commented, “It’s important to tell their stories about recovery because the majority of veterans have issues during and after service and this shows they are not alone and don’t need to be one of 22.” This was very impactful statement and really showed what the games mean and the meaning behind sharing it with the community.
